Whether you’ve danced before or never set foot on a dance floor, Latin Pulse Thursdays is Baltimore’s go-to weekly Latin dance experience. Meet new people, learn something new, and vibe all night — no partner or experience necessary!

🔥 7 PM – CLASS 1A: BEGINNER SALSA OR BACHATA
Start from scratch or polish your basics in this fun, friendly, high-energy intro class. No partner or dance experience needed.
🔥 8 PM – CLASS 1B: ADVANCED BEGINNER SALSA OR BACHATA
Take it up a notch! This progressive-level lesson is perfect for dancers who already know the basics and want to level up.
🎶 9 PM – 12 AM: LATIN DANCE SOCIAL
DJ Phoenix spins the hottest Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Reggaeton for social dancing all night. Come solo, bring friends, or find your new dance crew here.
The vibe is fun, inclusive, welcoming, and electric — Baltimore’s favorite Thursday night hangout.
💃 About Your Instructor
Tiffany Vlard is the founder and lead dance instructor of Bmore Urbana, a Latin dance company dedicated to both dance education and community building. With 5 years of teaching experience and deep roots in the DMV dance scene, she brings an urban flair and East Coast energy to every class.
Known for her welcoming vibe and clear, confidence-boosting instruction, Tiffany makes dancers of all levels — from first-timers to returning regulars — feel at home on the dance floor.
