Feel the rhythm of Latin Nights as the Snow College Jazz Big Band, directed by Sarah Morrow, with the “Snow Hot Seven” Dixieland Band bring an evening of vibrant jazz and Latin-inspired music to the stage. The concert features special guest percussionist Yamil Conga, a Puerto Rico–born, Nashville-based artist known for blending traditional Latin rhythms with genres as diverse as jazz, gospel, and country. Influenced by legendary salsa musicians and shaped by his work with bands such as Unspoken and country artist Frank Ray, Conga is among the few conga players to perform at the Grand Ole Opry. April 7 at 7:30pm in the Eccles Center Jorgensen Concert Hall.
