Lateral Move sketch collective burst forth in a variety format featuring sketches, stand up, dance, and more. Lateral Move’s rotating cast and writers allows for more indie writers and fresh actors to showcase their skills. From political satire to zany character pieces, this show proves to be more than a lateral move.


CAST and WRITERS:


Kenny Reilly (he/him) is a founding member of Lateral Move. He is featured as a writer and performer in the collective. He is also a member of Greatest Generation improv team. He trained at UCB and The Second City Conservatory New York. You can find his comedy writing in Weekly Humorist, Slackjaw, Little Old Lady, and more. kennyreilly.com.


Katie Kauppi (she/her) is a founding member of Lateral Move.

Katie Kauppi (rhymes with “soapy”) is an NYC-based writer and comic from central Virginia. She is a founding member and producer of @lateralmovecomedy and @guestlistcharacters. Katie has trained in sketch and character at The Second City NYC, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and Upright Citizens Brigade. Her writing has been featured online in McSweeney's, Points in Case, Little Old Lady, and more. katiekauppicomedy.com.


Andrew Bossone (he/him) is a founding member of Lateral Move.

Andrew Bossone is a producer, directorr, and writer whose work has been featured at NBC, PBS, National Geographic and other international media outlets. He is a founding member and director of Lateral Move. He has trained in writing, improv, clown and acting at Second City NYC, the Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and The PIT.
