As summer begins to soften and we move toward the grounding energy of late summer, the Earth Element invites us to pause, centre, and gently nourish ourselves.I’d love to warmly invite you to join me for Late Summer Earth Element Afternoon retreat taking place Saturday 7th March 2026.
The Earth Element is all about balance, stability, and nourishment — supporting digestion (physical, mental and emotional), calming the nervous system, and supporting us to feel more at home within our bodies.
On this retreat, we’ll explore:
Gentle, flowing, seasonal Qigong movements
Visulisations and mindful awareness
Practices aligned with late summer / Earth energy
Space to slow down, reconnect, and restore
The movements are simple, nurturing, and suitable for all ages and levels of experience. No prior Qigong practice is needed — just a willingness to arrive exactly as you are.
The Earth Element Retreat offers a deeper immersion, with time to rest, reflect, and receive the supportive qualities of this season in a calm and welcoming environment.
Cost $140 includes earth element aromatherapy blend and seasonal botanicals, tonics and treat.
