From family roots to experimental single-barrel wines, Angus shares how he’s reimagining tradition through a modern, minimal-intervention approach — nurturing rather than overworking the vines.

Each ticket includes 5 artisanal cheese and 4 wine selections (tasting portion), curated by Cheeselads and Fermented. Enjoy your bites and sips casually while joining the Late Light Lectures on history of winemaking, hosted by Bettr Café on the patio at The Foundry.
