About this Event
Welcome to Sonorous Health — an alternative & holistic health service offering sound bath experiences in the Oklahoma City metro area.
Join us for a grounding community sound bath, open to the public and designed to help you unwind, reflect, and reconnect. This session is free to attend, but space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Led by sound bath practitioner Colton Kirton, the session will feature 45-50 minutes of resonant tones and healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls to help you relax, reset, and reconnect.

To make the most of your experience, guests are encouraged to bring:
- A yoga mat or soft surface to lie on
- A blanket or pillow for comfort
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
