About this Event
Come and experience a rest from your day to day life for some restorative practices.
The intention of this experiential class is to cultivate a deeper connection to God and your Spirit within through these gentle, loving and playful practices of Holy Yoga and intuitive painting.
In the first part of our practice we will move and breathe and flow with a God centered reading.
Afterwards, we will take some time to pause and reflect on anything you may have noticed during yoga.
We’ll then transition to a time of intuitive painting. No prior painting experience is necessary. Art is said to be the language of the Soul. Therefore, it is a focus on the creative journey rather than the final product, allowing for spontaneous and personal exploration.
It’s an opportunity to let go of judgement, trust your inner guidance and create authentically…letting your Spirit led Self lead the way.
All set in the beautiful, serene and welcoming environment of WellOk in Edmond.
