? Join us for the Final Open Backgammon Tournament of 2025 at Mench Café! ?
? Date: Sunday, November 30th, 2025
? Start Time: 10:30 AM
? Location: #303 – 106 W 1st Street, North Vancouver
? Tip: For the most accurate directions, please search “Mench Café” directly on Google Maps, as the street address may sometimes lead to incorrect results.
⏱ Important Times
? Please arrive before 10:00 AM for registration.
? 10:15 AM: Player list and match schedule will be finalized.
? 10:30 AM: The tournament begins sharp.
? Anyone arriving after 10:15 AM will receive a loss for Round 1.
? Additional Notes
- All games will follow the Swiss-system format and will be played in 6 rounds.
- Each round will last 50 minutes, and the recorded result at that time will be considered final.
- After Round 3, there will be a 30-minute break for a free lunch (Pizza) for all participants.
- Tournament rules will be explained before Round 1.
- Players under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Mutual respect is mandatory — disruptive behavior or taunting (even between close friends) will not be tolerated.
? Prize Pool – $1,200 Total!
Prizes will be awarded to the Top 4 players of the tournament.
