This spring and summer, EVERY THIRD FRIDAY (April through July) at 7PM, the corner of Thompson and Front Streets will transform into a premier outdoor cinema experience. Maker Park Radio, in association with Subterranean Cinema Club and the radio show Dirtbag Paradise, is proud to present Movies in Maker Park—a four-part screening series celebrating the extraordinary lives of underrated and cult-classic musical artists.
From the mysterious disappearance of a Staten Island bus-driving legend to the gritty realities of doom-metal addiction, this curated lineup offers an intimate look at the "internationally ignored" and the fiercely underground. Attendees are encouraged to bring a chair and settle in for a season of powerful storytelling and high-octane soundtracks.
