Tis the season of giving back, and Columbia Association has partnered with Project Linus to offer a Holiday Yarn Drive from Nov 10 to Dec 12, 2025. The Columbia Association Art Center is currently accepting donations of brand-new acrylic yarn! You can drop your donations off at the bin located in our upper-level lobby near the stairs. For this drive, we will only be accepting brand-new skeins of acrylic yarn, not already made blankets.
Yarn collected through this drive becomes handmade blankets for local kids – from hospitals and shelters to Head Start and military families. For more info on the incredible work of Project Linus, visit their website: https://www.projectlinus.org
Donations will be accepted through Friday, December 12. Please stop by the Art Center during our operating hours listed below:
Mon – Thurs 10am-8pm
Fridays 10am-7pm
Saturdays 10am-4pm
Sundays 10am-2pm
