You’ll cover:
The full journey from choice to practical care
Duty of care, grief & loss, and spiritual support
After-death care and compassionate presence
Reflect, share, and develop the skills to provide physical, emotional, and practical support. Open to the community, this course also forms part of volunteer carer training for Amitayus, alongside modules like Meeting Death Weekend and Manual Handling Workshop.
Normalise, understand, and engage with death in a compassionate way.
