Lap Swim Spring Break Camp is a focused, training-style swim camp designed for strong swimmers who can swim laps independently.
This is not recreational swim. It’s structured training that helps swimmers build endurance, refine technique, and gain confidence through daily repetition and expert coaching.

⏰ 7:45–9:00 a.m.
🕢 Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. daily

✔️ Coached lap swim training
✔️ Stroke refinement & pacing
✔️ Endurance-focused swim sets
✔️ 15 minutes of dryland warm-ups daily
✔️ Small-group training environment
This camp is ideal for swimmers who are ready for more than weekly lessons and want concentrated practice to support continued progress.

✔️ Strong freestyle & backstroke skills
✔️ Foundational breaststroke & butterfly knowledge
✔️ Comfortable swimming laps independently
✔️ Ages 7 and up
🔹 IMPORTANT NOTES
• Space is limited and pre-registration is required
• No make-ups for missed camp days
• Goggles are required; swim cap included
