The ever-popular community lantern making workshops are back!About this Event
Every year, during the lead up to the Illuminate parade, we hold free lantern making workshops, where our talented team of artists will teach you how to create an illuminated artwork that you can bring along and carry in the procession yourself. The lantern’s shapes will represent different elements of this year’s Illuminate theme - Folktales.
The sessions last 2 and a half hours each and are open to all ages and abilities, although children will need to be accompanied by an adult. All materials will be provided.
