EVENT UPDATEDFor our final herb meeting of the year the FNH herbalists are handing the hosting to the lovely Kate for a cacao ceremony.
You can choose to sit on a chair or you can sit on the floor. For those who wish to sit on the floor please bring a yoga or exercise mat and/or a cushion to position yourself in front of your chair. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable. Bringing a blanket or shawl to keep warm and socks is also advisable. Also a notebook and pen to jot insights down is helpful too. The ceremony will involve tasting a cacao drink, an element of meditation, and drumming.
Entry fee is the usual £5 per person, cash on arrival please. This includes a complimentary hot drink and handouts giving a brief overview of the evenings topic.
