Phil Hutchinson from Lantern works with many organisations across the region and country delivering his people-focussed developmental services. He brings 20+years of professional experience to the table and will deliver a fun and interactive session in which you can get involved as much or as little as you like!
The aim is to provide practical contextualised advice and support throughout the morning with a supplementary workbook containing all the resources covered in the session ready for operational application or cascade back at your own organisation.
We will then finish the morning with a Q&A discussion and the opportunity to ask specific questions to a panel of local experts including Leadership expert Alexandra Thornton from Amethyst Consulting and Operational HR Manager Sarah Merton from Micronclean Ltd.
Refreshments and tours will be available throughout the morning along with a free draw to win a day-pass to the Kenwick leisure suite courtesy of the Kenwick Sales Manager, Samantha Donner.
