It's official: the Lansing Lightning Flippers women's+ pinball club is officially becoming the Lansing Lightning Flippers women's+ LEAGUE! We'll be using a direct play format in which groups of 3-4 will play head to head for five games with game choice rotating between players. We'll have six sessions (lowest session dropped for each player) and immediately after the end of the sixth session we'll have a ladder finals with the top half. This will meet the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month at 4:30 pm starting on February 28 and finishing on May 9. Cost to play is just $1 for the entire season (plus coin drop, around $4 per night) and there is no minimum attendance requirement, come as you can. Because I expect us to be able to wrap up before 8 pm, this league has no age restriction.The league is open to self-identified women and nonbinary persons who consider womanhood part of their identity or experience.
