About this Event
Perfect for beginners, or anyone who prefers a gentler practice, this class uses a chair for stability while guiding you through breathing exercises, and mindful movements.
Chair Yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, and circulation while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. No need to get down on the floor or bring any equipment.
No previous experience necessary. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, and enjoy a calm, welcoming environment where every body can move and feel better.
Your Yoga Teacher Liana
Liana is a seasoned Yoga Teacher, Menopause Health Coach, Conscious Dance and Meditation Facilitator. Wellness is her passion and full-time occupation: her work and her hobby. She teaches weekly Yoga classes at various venues across Essex, runs workshops and retreats. She’s also a Sound and Reiki Therapist.
Liana started practising Yoga in 1997. In 2017 she became a Yoga Teacher, teaching Chair Yoga since 2018. She’s passionate about encouraging movement and offering sessions that are light-hearted and engaging.
