About this Event
The Falcons Women's Basketball program are running High Performance Training sessions throughout the Spring.
Join us this spring for a 8-week high performance training program designed for female athletes in Grades 8–12 who are ready to elevate their game. Led by Langara Women’s Basketball Head Coach Adriano Catena and supported by student-athletes from the Falcons program, these fast-paced sessions will focus on game-like reps, high-level decision making, and competing under pressure. With skill-based breakdowns, 1v1 challenges, and both half-court and full-court play, players will be grouped by level to ensure development in a challenging but supportive environment.
Athletes have the option to register for one or two sessions per week. (8 week program)
- Spring Days: Mondays and/or Thursdays
- Spring Dates: May 4th to June 25th
- Spring Times: 7:00PM to 8:30PM
- Spring Costs: $250 for 1 Session/week or $450 for 2 sessions/week + Tax
- Age Groups: Grade 8-12

Refund Policy
Camp refunds will be determined and processed on a case by case basis. Any refunds provided will be subject to Eventbrite Administration Fees.
