Moderated by Lookout reporters Ben Botkin and Elon Glucklich, candidates for Seat 2 will speak from 2–3 p.m., followed by candidates for Seat 1 from 3:15–4:15 p.m., and candidates for Seat 5 from 4:30–5:30 p.m.
