Please join us under the Tauranga Harbour bridge on Sunday 15th February as we fundraise for the family of Austen Richardson and his Grandmother Yao Fang who tragically lost their lives in last month's Welcome Bay landslide. Austen who was only 10 years old was described by family as “A gifted musician, Austen loved piano, was extremely mechanically minded, loved building Lego, riding motorbikes, Pokémon and solving math equations.” He was also very close to his Nai Nai Fang his beloved grandmother. Both will be immensely missed.
We cannot even begin to fathom the degree of suffering the Richardson family are going through at this time, but our thoughts and sympathies are with them and also to those affected by the Mount Maunganui slips. We hope that with this fundraising concert we are able to raise some money to help these poor people as they try to rebuild their lives.
Starting at 12 pm on Sunday 15th February under the Tauranga Harbour bridge with performances from Eddie and the Dreamers, Kingfish and Koolaid. All ages, all welcome. Please give generously where you can, your support is most appreciated.
