Branimir will share photography insights and a few tips on landscape and travel photography he gained over (a few) decades of operating his cameras.Dr. Branimir Gjetvaj is a Saskatoon-based biologist, photography instructor and internationally published environmental photographer specializing in natural history and western Canadian landscapes. He leads photography workshops and photo tours, and gives public presentations on photography, natural history and conservation biology topics. Branimir published two award-winning books on prairie conservation – The Great Sand Hills: A Prairie Oasis (access link: http://branimirphoto.ca/great-sand-hills-book) and the Islands of Grass (access link: http://branimirphoto.ca/islands-of-grass-book). In 2013 Branimir was recognized by the Canadian Environmental Law Association for extensive participation in environmental non-profit organizations, and for using his photography to advance nature conservation.
