Craving a regular space to tune in to your body and being, and find out what’s moving beneath the surface?Landing Place is back in term 3. Join us as we explore the beautiful terrain of Open Floor movement practice.
Together we’ll move, rest, explore and connect – with ourselves and each other.
Come to any or all sessions. All welcome, no prior experience required.

Open Floor is a guided free form movement meditation practice.
There are no steps to learn and nothing to get right or wrong. We practise moving with awareness, following our body, and whatever emerges from one moment to the next.
I'll play a range of music to support you, and offer suggestions to deepen your awareness but will always support you to listen to your body and move what's true for you.
The dance floor is a non-talking, shoe-free, alcohol, and drug-free space. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
All bodies 16+ and all abilities welcome.

$15/$20 per session - book online or cash or eftpos on the door
Where: Anglican Church Parish Hall - access via Constable cres, from the corner of Kennedy and Johnston streets.
