About this Event
Since 1996 Lancashire Day has been celebrated as the county day of historic Lancashire! It is held on 27th November to commemorate the day in 1295 when Lancashire first sent representatives to Parliament, to attend the Model Parliament of King Edward I.
Join us for a guided walking tour looking at 2000 years of history, as we explore the development of Lancashire's ancient County Town - Lancaster!
These tours depart from Lancaster Castle’s main entrance – the John O’Gaunt Gatehouse - and last up to 2 hours. One or two hills are involved and comfy footware is recommended. Please contact us if you have any particular access concerns or requirements.
TICKETS - £10
