This year, we're celebrating Lancashire Day with a Lancaster Cheese tasting lunch and talk by Claire Thomas from 'Cheese with Claire'. Claire will share the history of cheese making in Lancashire as we enjoy a cheese and accompaniment lunch, followed by tea/coffee and a selection of cakes. Five Lancashire cheeses will be tasted. She will show us how to build a balanced Cheeseboard with advice on pairings of food and drink. The Masonic Hall is a short walk from Rochdale Railway Station and the Tram Stop.
