What better way to get ready for spring and make your own soft furnishings.
Alison will show you how to make a drum lampshade. Bring along 1 meter wide x half meter fabric of your own choice ideally cotton or linen fabric. The cost of the workshop is £40, which must be paid in full to reserve a place. The cost of the workshop includes 1 x 20cm drum lampshade kit, use of equipment, tuition and light refreshments.
There is an option to make two 20cm diameter matching lampshades at an additional cost of £11, 1 x 30cm Diameter kit at an additional cost of £5 or a 40cm diameter lampshade, at an incremental cost of £9, paid in cash on the day. This is instead of making the 20cm diameter lampshade included in the cost of the workshop.
Note: if you have any special dietary requirements then please bring your own refreshments.
The workshop is deliberately kept small to ensure that one to one tuition can be provided.
