What better way to get ready for spring and make your own soft furnishings.
Alison will show you how to make a drum lampshade. Bring along 1 meter wide x half meter fabric of your own choice ideally cotton or linen fabric. The cost of the workshop is £35, which must be paid in full to reserve a place. The cost of the workshop includes 30cm drum lampshade kit, use of equipment, tuition and light refreshments.
There is an option to make two 20cm diameter matching lampshades at an additional cost of £10, or a 40cm diameter lampshade, at an incremental cost of £6, paid in cash on the day. This is instead of making the 30cm diameter lampshade included in the cost of the workshop.
Note: if you have any special dietary requirements then please bring your own refreshments.
The workshop is deliberately kept small to ensure that one to one tuition can be provided.
