Join us in celebrating Lammas or Lughnasadh. We will breaking bread together and celebrating the abundance all around us.We are still in the middle of hot hot days & the thought of it cooling down seems a little jovial, but it is coming. Lammas or Lughnasadh is the time to celebrate the coming harvest, abundance from the crops, gathering of seeds for next years crops & magic! Traditionally this time of year we would be harvesting the wheat & corn, baking bread, picking grapes & other Summer fruit, along with fattening livestock for the coming Winter. Generally enjoying the generous abundance that Mother Earth provides us. These days we seem to be able to access whatever we want when we want it but it is nice to feel at one with our seasonal changes & celebrate like our ancestors.
