Come and Sing, Sound and Meditate! Want to mark the important time of the early FfEBRUARY LAMMAS full moon? Lammas is the Celtic festival of the first Harvest.
Come and join with us on Sunday the 1st February for a group ceremonial gathering in Paraparaumu.
We will explore sacred conscious sounding practices to balance and align the energy system, sing healing chants and songs from different traditions, and explore guided vocal improvisation for freedom, upliftment and joy!
Ceremonial cacao will be served with focus and healing intention.
There will be guided journal prompts around the energy of the Solstice and the whole session will finish with a full sound healing.
Everyone is welcome and there is no need for any particular preparation or pre existing skill.

You are warmly invited to book to join this powerful sound and voice ceremony which will work with Spirit, the forces of Nature and Bryony's skill and expertise in creating sound for growth and transformation.
This is a special opportunity to tune into the sacred energies and potentialities of this time: opening us up to balance, healing, nourishment, new growth and positive change.
Bryony will invoke and work with the healing power of the supportive energies of Spirit, ancestors and our highest Selves. Bryony's has an extensive background experience with Spirit, the Earth forces and sacred lands; these forces are central to her practice and Self.
She will lead you firstly in a process of meditation, conscious sounding, toning and singing healing chants.
This use of our voices to co-create a sacred group sound is uplifting and transformative and will support you in your process of healing, releasing and visioning.
There will be time for guided journaling and intention setting.
The second section of the workshop will be a focused and dedicated sound bath which will bring balance and deep relaxation, into a sense of stillness and peace. There can be a sense of gratitude and appreciation.
Both the conscious use of the voice and the sound healing have many benefits, which are verified by science and which can effect us positively on the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual levels. A document which has more information about these benefits can be provided on request.
