About this Event
“Lamb of God” is a dramatic musical portrayal of the final days of the life of Jesus, from the foreshadowing raising of Lazarus, to the devastating arrest and crucifixion of Jesus, and finally to his glorious resurrection. Composed and written by Arizona native Rob Gardner, the story of Jesus is told through the perspective of those who loved and walked with him: Peter, John, Thomas, Mary and Martha of Bethany, Mary Magdalene and his Mother Mary.
This 60-person orchestra and 145-person choir and 120-person youth choir consists of musicians of various faiths who have volunteered their time and talents to perform this incredible work free of charge for the Tucson community. Come celebrate the Easter season with us through the uniting power of music.
Because this is a free event, tickets tend to go fast. However, we encourage you to only reserve the tickets you know you will use. Reserving more tickets than you need prevents others from enjoying this special event. Thank you!
