Hello Vendors!It is time to sign up for the Lamb of God Lutheran Church Christmas Market! This year the market will be on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Lamb of God Lutheran Church, 1400 FM 1960 By Pass E, Humble, Tx 77338.
This is the 2nd Saturday in November, 2024. The market will be from 9 am till 4 pm. Set-up begins at 7:00 am and tear-down begins at 4:00 pm. No early set-up or tear-down. Vendors inside may also set up on Friday evening. The time will be sent to you at a later date.
This year we have some exciting changes. We will have 25 vendor spaces inside the church gym. The indoor spaces are a good way to be prepared for any weather conditions that may arise. Indoor spaces will also have the opportunity to set up on Friday evening.
All indoor booths will be $75.
If you need electricity indoors please sign up quickly because there are only 6 spots with electricity available inside. For electricity inside, your extension cord should be at least 50 feet.
We are also looking for a few local FOOD TRUCKS to set up out front. All food trucks must have their own generators and all required food permits. Food Truck spaces are $75.
Outside booths are still only $40 for a 10x10 space. We have 12 spaces with electricity for an extra $10. If using electricity outside you must provide a 100 foot outdoor extension cord.
Tables, chairs, canopies, and displays are the responsibility of the vendors. If you are using a tent, please bring sand bags or other means of securing your tent. No tents will be allowed inside the gym. You are responsible for cleaning your area at the end of the show.
This market is an outreach event and 100% of your booth fee goes directly to a charity fund we have at our church to aid our members and people in the community in need.
We will have out raffle again this year. The raffle is always a big success. We ask that you donate an item that represents your booth/products to the raffle. Be sure to include your business card for advertising. Again, 100% of the revenue from the raffle goes directly to our church charity fund. The shoppers are always delighted when they win something that they have admired in one of the booths!
Please note that we will only accept 1 vendor from company representatives such as Tupperware, Scentsy, Avon, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Color Street, etc. The first representative to pay for a booth will receive the spot. All other items will be accepted. For example, jewelry, candles, wreaths, wood works, etc. will be accepted. We will do our best to separate the booths for the show.
The event will be outside in the parking lot that faces FM 1960 and now inside the gym, too. We are in full view of the public traveling on FM 1960 so many will stop to see the show.
