Join Scott from the Lallemand Brewing team for an interactive and informative Sensory Workshop that explores the fundamentals of yeast and hop Biotransformation.

You'll have the chance to use our Siebel Biotransformation Sensory Kit to train your palate on six key thiols, terpenes, and lactones commonly found in modern IPA styles. With this enhanced sensory understanding, you'll learn how to make science-backed ingredient selections to achieve your desired flavor outcomes

Finally, end the session with a beer and the chance to network with fellow industry professionals. Register and seize this opportunity to enhance your brewing skills and network with other brewers!

A compact afternoon of education for professionals. Tickets are $15 (+fees & tax) and covers Sensory Training and a couple of beers for Happy Hour.

*Please note that we will be planning to commence the presentation at 3:00 pm, so that we are finished on time for the public bar opening at 4:00 pm. Plan ahead and arrive slightly earlier than this to be seated.
