Lakou Supper Club: Rooted Comfort in Inglewood 🌿
Join us for an intimate evening where culture, healing, and food come together. Lakou Supper Club is more than dinner — it’s a full sensory experience designed to restore connection through taste, sound, and story.
Enjoy a 6-course plant-based menu curated by Chef Netty, blending Caribbean, Creole, and Asian soul influences with modern wellness. Each course is thoughtfully paired by Herb Sommelier @SipWithNabe, offering herbal libations and tea fusions that balance body and spirit.
Set inside a cozy Inglewood venue, the night begins with our signature “Sak Pasè” welcome shot, followed by soulful plates, music curated by DJ Hurricane Lena, and affirmations of grounding between each course. Guests will also enjoy a raffle, community seating, and a drink “on us” during the Lakou Libation hour.

As we sip and unwind, The Dreaming Gem (Lydia Washington) will lead the group in a spiritual grounding and collective reflection, helping everyone release, root, and align before the meal begins.
This sacred pre-dinner moment is optional, but deeply enriching — a time to breathe, connect, and feel the energy of the space before our Rooted Comfort dinner begins.
