Friends - Good news! The Lakeview Hot Record Club live sessions are starting up again - now at the wonderful and classy Biltmore Bar and Lounge, 47 State Street in Rochester - if you're even remotely interested in jazz and blues please stop out and give these records a listen. Great food and drink here too, in an atmosphere not to be duplicated or imitated!I'll be spinning jazz and blues music from the 1920's through 1950s on original 78rpm records live the first Wednesday of each month – it’s a whole different listening experience to hear these classic recordings in their original format!
Please stop out if you can and have a look and listen at these gems and please share with anyone you think would like to know about it!
Requests are welcome - if you let me know in advance so I can bring it if I have it, or something related if I don't!
