About this Event
Our sessions are free flow, with up to six people per session. For the duration of the session you can enter and exit the sauna at your leisure.
Come prepared as you would for a wild swim, ideally already wearing your swim gear. ... Bring Flipflops ! We dont have any changing facilities and the public toilets at Sale water park close in the evenings.
We are just a Sauna in the carpark ! So expect walkers and other lake users to be around :)
There is a short walk from the sauna to the water, but it takes less than a minute.
- GETTING TO US
The Sauna is parked in front of the Boat House Restuarant, if your driving you just follow the main road into sale water park all the way. There is ample parking.
You can also get the metrolink to sale water park and walk from the stop.
- WHAT TO BRING
Bring two towles if you can, one for inside the sauna and one for getting dry after.
Flipflops/water shoes for walking to and from the lake/around outside the sauna.
Water with electrolytes ! you sweat alot
