Please bring a lawn chair and a cooler for your beverages.**NO GLASS** There will be available parking at the site but there is also overflow parking if needed. The site has several picnic tables beautiful trails and nature abound right on the waters edge. Bring a friend carpool if possible. Dogs are welcome on a leash but not the lake.
Some have asked about camping zoom in on the pic our site is the question mark next to the restrooms 15 and 16 are right across from us one has electric we have yurts also near us. We have basically 2 campgrounds an upper and lower. Reach out if you have any questions. Parking at the day use area is 1st come1st served so anyone can come early and claim a spot. We can taxi folks from the big parking lot if needed and you can off load at the lake first. Its close to the end of camping season in late sept so I don't think it will be crazy busy. If anyone has an E bike I can guide you on mine to see some amazing scenery miles and miles of connecting trails here. Rental craft are available but if you bring your own it must be sprayed before hitting the water. There is an entrance fee of $7 dollars per carload that will be waived because they spoil us here. Just mention this event and you don't have to pay!! Anyone not spending the nigh must leave by 10pm which is plenty of time to catch a painted sky sunset. For those spending the night stop by for coffee and snacks at our place in the AM. I might have to whip up a batch of my New Orleans beans and rice.
