Awakening into Balance
A morning of sound and intention-setting as we welcome the new season. This immersive experience awakens clarity, renewal, and expansion of light as we step into Equinox energy and the beginning of Autumn.
Through the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, you’ll be guided inward through intention, sound and vibration.
Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering.
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
