1. Select your design by completing this Google Form. Need inspiration, check out our Facebook page and website www.signsociallakeland.com! If you have something custom in mind, email us at [email protected]!

a. Click the Design tab to select your design
b. Return to this form to input Category, Number, and brief description. Example: Have Faith, #4 - Faith moves mountains
c. Select size and frame options from drop down menu (all pricing below)
d. Select personalization
e. Select add-ons
2. Within 24 hours of the RSVP deadline of Monday, October 3rd at 4pm you will receive your invoice by email through square. You also have the option to pay immediately through PayPal (paypal.me/SamanthaSessions). If paying through PayPal make sure to add 7% for sales tax.
3. Get ready to have fun and create a beautiful custom piece of your very own home decor!!
