Join us for our 5-day (or 4-day) creative retreat at the Springhill Suites in Lakeland, Florida, located at 511 W. Lime Street with lots of shopping and dining options in Historic Downtown Lakeland and nearby I-4 exits! (Note: If you sign up for the four day package and later decide you would like to come for five days, no problem! Just email us at [email protected] to add the fifth day.)This event starts on Wednesday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm. The crop room opens at 8 am Thursday-Sunday and closes at midnight on Wednesday and 2 am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
All attendees will receive a six foot table for cropping with power! Everyone receives a Welcome Gift and there are door prizes throughtout the weekend with our grand prize drawing held on Saturday night.
We also have numerous vendors that will be offering both products for sale and classes.
We will provide lunch on both Friday and Saturday. Breakfast is provided for hotel guests only. We will also provide water, ice and various snacks all weekend.
Hotel rooms are the responsibility of each individual/group and can be reserved once you have completed payment. Once we verify your payment was received, the link or code will be provided to you. Cost for a room is $161 per night plus taxes. (All rooms are suites and include two queen beds and a pull out trundle.) Rooms must be booked by June 14th to guarantee this rate. Breakfast is included for guests and complimentary parking and wifi throughout the venue. If you have special requests for the hotel, please communicate that with them far in advance, not when you arrive at the hotel. Often, requests cannot be accommodated at the last minute...like a special room or a room in a specific location. If room location is important to you, please make that clear when you reserve your hotel room.
All crop tables at this event are $300 for the full five days and $250 for 4 days. Full payment is due upon registration. We also have set deadlines for any kind of refunds, so please read the cancellation policy when registering. (Note: we do not offer any other packages, or day or partial-day rates, until the week before the event. If the event is not sold out, you may email us with a request for a day rate.)
