Join us at Gasperplas Oost in Amsterdam for a Lake Sound Bath & Water Meditation, where the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls blend with birdsong and the gentle lapping of water. This natural soundscape will calm your mind, soothe your nervous system, and leave you feeling refreshed and clear-headed.
