We are hosting a long weekend retreat at the beautiful Monkhouse Hill Farmhouse cottage in the Lake District. Get ready for a weekend of self-care, movement and reconnection with the Yoga with Daniella team. Physically, your body will benefit from a full stretch and release and mentally, you will move through your time with a clear and present mind learning new skills to ground yourself and grow in your day to day life. Friday 12th June 2026 from 6pm to Monday 15th June 2026 at 10am.
What can you expect?
A Bed in a luxury twin share room.
Daily yoga classes including Hatha, Restorative, and Yin.
Yoga Nidra - Deep relaxation non-sleep deep rest Meditation Session.
Mindfulness and Coaching Sessions.
Mindful Activities.
Gong Bath.
Access to the North Lakes spa on the Monday prior to arrival and Friday day following departure.
‘You time’ for enjoying the party-sized hot tub, relaxing at the North Lakes spa or exploring the local area.
All meals and beverages included (catering for all dietary requirements).
What will I need to bring?
A Yoga Mat
Anything else that helps you be mindful during ‘you time’ e.g. books, colouring etc
Optional: Bolster, pillow or any other yoga props you like to use in your practice
How much is it?
£540 upfront cost or pay £125 deposit now and the rest in either one or arranged future installments to suit your needs totaling £565 (e.g. £125 deposit and 4 payments of £110) - must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the event date.
This price includes all the above stated (food, drinks, spa access, yoga sessions, accommodation etc)
