Lake and Bake 5! The Opening Act!
Some of you may have noticed that the date of our event has changed. We had to bump it back to the previous weekend, due to Van Nationals needing the weekend that was usually for our event. So, we're kind of a warm up for Nats. The Opening Act, if you will.
So dust off your 80's era leather, spandex, chains, studded belts, fishnets and go pick up some hair spray. We're going 80's metal themed for this ripper of a party!
Friday night we'll have another movie night. (We'll have all the bugs worked out for the movie this time!) The general consensus is that we'll be showing the timeless classic, Heavy Metal!
Saturday, we'll have another cruise like last year. This time we'll be taking you all on a nice cruise to the scenic reservoir.
Once you've returned from the cruise, we're going to have the show and shine. This year, weather permitting, we'll have everyone who wants to participate, line up in the large field to the right of the drive right by registration.
We're also doing a mini bike show and shine this year and we'll have those lined up at the same time, by the registration shelter house.
We'll also be doing mini bike drag races and RC van races again.
Saturday night we'll bring the rock and roll with some killer bands, as usual.
Come party with us then head the rest of the way to Nats on Sunday or Monday! It's only about a 5 hour rip to Nats from us.

THERE IS NO POWER AVAILABLE.
Bring a quiet generator or battery packs if you need to.
There are plenty of showers and bathrooms available.
NO CAMP FIRES DIRECTLY ON THE GROUND.
You must use a fire pit of some type.
NO LARGE CAMPERS, 5TH WHEELS OR TRAILERS.
We don't have the room. Small campers or trailers are fine.
VANS ONLY.
No school busses. No exceptions.
MINI BIKES, YES.
Motorcycles, NO. No exceptions.
Your pit bike with gears, is a motorcycle and is not allowed.
Your pull start thing with 2 short fat wheels and a lawn mower engine is a mini bike. It's pretty simple, and is allowed.
As always, LEAVE YOUR POLITICS AND RELIGION AT HOME!
We don't want to hear it or see it. No exceptions and we have a zero tolerance rule with this one. No flags, hats, shirts, etc. We're here to have a damn good time and enjoy one another. Not debate and argue about shit that isn't going to change anyone's mind.
