Description
Voulez-vous beignet avec nous? Channel your sweetest French Quarter memories over a plate of snowy, powdered sugar–covered beignets anytime you like, once you’ve mastered how to whip them up from scratch! During class you’ll pick up essential tips and tricks for proofing yeast doughs, as well as learning best practices for frying classic beignets.
Once you’ve mastered the iconic treats, you’ll learn how to level-up your beignet game by creating a savory crawfish version as well as a pastry cream–filled beignet with a crackly brûléed top that channels another New Orleans classic, bananas foster.
You will be working in a small group. For ages 13 and up.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
