Join us for an enchanting evening of coastal hiking and yoga along Lagos’ scenic shores.

We will start at the cliff-top viewpoint overlooking one of Lagos’ most photographed beaches, Praia Dona Ana. From there, we will follow the accessible boardwalk path along the cliffs towards Praia de Porto de Mós, a scenic section of the famous Fishermen’s Trail (Trilho dos Pescadores).

Along the way, you will see viewpoints (miradouros) overlooking the coast, cliffs, and coves, highlighting the dramatic coastal formations carved by time and tide. The air carries the scent of wild herbs and seasonal flowers, and you may notice seabirds gliding above the cliffs.

We will walk along the cliff paths with views of the waters where Portuguese ships once sailed during the Age of Discoveries, embarking on voyages that shaped the world. Their legacy is still reflected in Lagos in its historic architecture, traditional festivals, and local place names.

When we arrive at Praia de Porto de Mós, you will see cliffs revealing around 200 million years of geological history. The beach’s name at this historic site, meaning ‘harbour of millstones,’ reflects the region’s maritime and cultural heritage.

On the beach, you will participate in a rejuvenating yoga session, moving through gentle stretches to enhance comfort and ease in the body, allowing you to relax and enjoy the calm of the evening.
