About this Event
Let's gather under the open sky to get inspired by the stunning surroundings and start the day with a rejuvenating morning Yoga session. You will be guided through a thoughtfully crafted Hatha Flow lesson with accessible options for different levels of flexibility and strength. You will explore safe ways to stretch, de-stress, and re-zen. Equipped with the fundamental principles of yogic breathing, safe alignment, and a yogic mindset, you will foster a positive relationship with yourself and your life experiences on and off the mat. Come as you are—stiff, stressed, or just curious—and leave revitalised, grounded, and positively charged for the day.
Yoga mats are provided.
LOCATION: let's meet by the Forte da Ponta da Bandeira (8600-563 Lagos) and then we will walk to Batata beach.

- My friends and I found this Oceanfront yoga experience in a coffee shop and decided to book it. We had a phenomenal yoga session with Paulo. Paulo is very welcoming, the yoga mats are provided, and he provided clear instruction on where to meet him. The session is crafted for all levels. Paulo is an experienced instructor and clearly demonstrates and communicates different yoga moves that are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced yoga enthusiasts. The end of the session was very enjoyable as he led us through a phenomenal shavasana. My friend said it was one of the best shavasanas of her life. The session was so good we decided to go visit Paulo and take another one of his classes at the studio in Lagos. 10/10 on all levels, would book again when I’m in Lagos.
