Cancellation, Changes, Weather, Refunds:
- No Refunds ! No Exceptions !
- Valid for date and time selected at time of purchase only - strictly no change permitted so please select carefully. No refund for preferred date not available
- In cases of bad weather: please be advised that all cruises will go ahead, unless the boat has stated otherwise
- If your selected cruise cannot go ahead you will be notified and we will endeavour to secure you a suitable alternative booking. Full Refunds will be made for cruises cancelled by the boat should no suitable alternative booking be found.

Things to Remember:
- Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the wharf, Vivid is a busy period & it is advised to be at pickup location 20 minutes early.
- There will be no refunds or change of slots, if you missed the booked boat slot.
- Cruise times include boarding time and disembarkment.
- Everyone requires a ticket (Kids Tickets are not free, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if child doesn't have a ticket)
- Prams are allowed (You will need to fold them before taking them onboard with you)
- Wheelchair Accessible (Normal Wheelchairs only, no heavy electric scooters)
- It is not a BYO - You can not bring your own Food & Drinks onboard.
- Unlimited drinks (RSA compliant). One drink per order. Multiple bar visits permitted.
- For Safety, No Skinny Heels allowed
- Seating - First Come First Serve only
Please note - With an exceptionally high demand of tickets each year, we cannot guarantee any last minute spots (if you or friends miss out on buying in advance), please make sure you have purchased your tickets as soon as possible.
