Lady Lazarus are an all-female and non-binary punk rock band who exploded onto the Australian punk scene in 2023. With a sound that’s a volatile cocktail of grunge, old school punk, and riot-grrrl swagger, Lady Lazarus are impossible to ignore. In just under a year, Lady Lazarus has achieved remarkable milestones: releasing their debut EP "Blondes," performing at the Great Southern Nights festival and FANGZstock, and opening for LA's Death Valley Girls on their Australian tour. They were also finalists in Sydney’s Good Things competition. In 2024, they hosted a full capacity show at Red Rattler Theatre, uniting punk bands across NSW and raising over $1500 for charity. Their 6-week tour through Wollongong, Sydney, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, and Melbourne’s iconic Cherry Bar solidified their reputation as a live performance powerhouse.
Their debut singles have garnered over 20,000+ streams on Spotify and Apple Music combined. With their motto "we’re here, we’re queer, and ready for a beer," Lady Lazarus embodies punk's rebellious spirit while carving out a space for marginalised voices in the scene.
