As the spring season slowly wraps us in its warmer weather, busy schedules and new routines it’s easy to miss the little things that bring color to our lives. But inspiration and beauty is all around us even in the everyday.
On May 19th, join us for a session dedicated to finding and noticing the things that keep us moving forward, creating and living to the fullest. For some that may be noticing what brings them joy or seeking beauty in the mundane. For others it may be about new grounding experiences and finding stillness. Whatever your way of moving through life feels like right now we’d love to hear about it.
