Served with Faux-Mosas (non-alcoholic Mimosa)
In small groups, you’ll prepare a selection of dishes, then gather at a beautifully set communal table to savor the meal you’ve created—sharing good food, stories, and community!
Most of our classes are scheduled for about 3 hours, but every class is a little different. People work at different speeds and some recipes or techniques may take a bit longer, so sometimes a class may wrap up a little sooner—or run a bit past the 3-hour mark. We’ll always do our best to stay on schedule, and we appreciate your flexibility as we make sure everyone has a great hands-on experience
A few quick notes:
-Menus are subject to seasonal availability.
-In hands-on classes, guests may not personally prepare every dish listed.
-Classes are designed so groups cook select recipes while learning techniques that apply across the full menu, and everyone will get to taste all dishes prepared.
-Some classes can easily be adapted to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, but not all.
-The equipment in our kitchen is shared, and we are not a certified allergen safe or gluten-free environment.
-All classes are suitable for those 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise noted.
