Still She Rises is a warm, vibrant community for women over 45 who have been through life’s challenges and continue to rise with courage, grace, and strength. Whether you are walking through job changes, divorce, widowhood, empty nesting, recovering from an illness, or simply adjusting to a new season of life, you are welcome here! This is a place for genuine connection, encouragement, laughter, understanding, and the kind of support that reminds you that you do not have to do life alone.

Join us for a relaxed morning of fellowship, friendship, and fresh air at Mountain Valley Park in Prescott Valley. Please note: we will be entering the parking lot off E. Loos Drive as shown in the image below, so be sure to use that entrance.

You are welcome to join us for the walk (flat walk, and fully paved) meet us afterward for breakfast at BackBurner Restaurant, 8400 E Long Mesa Drive — best pancakes in town! — or do both. This gathering is meant to be flexible and easy, so you can do as much or as little as feels right for you.

Feel free to bring a friend. If you plan to attend, it would be very helpful if you would register and include your phone number in case there are any last-minute changes.
