You’re warmly invited to an evening of delicious food, meaningful conversation, and inspiring encouragement at our Ladies’ Salad Supper.

Gather with other women for a relaxed supper featuring a variety of shared salads, followed by an engaging talk focused on caring for our hearts—both physically and spiritually. This event is a wonderful opportunity for fellowship, learning, and connection.

Doors Open: 5:00 p.m.
Supper Served: 5:30 p.m.

Admission is free.
Please bring a salad to share that serves approximately 8–10 people.

Dr. Zielke will share insights connected to our theme, “Guarding Our Hearts and Minds,” offering practical and thoughtful reflections from both a medical and personal perspective.

This evening also supports Bringing Hearts Home: The Road to Southern Alberta’s Cardiac Centre of Excellence, in partnership with:
